Run Rocklin Update

Based on the current weather forecast and our goal to have runners safely finish before conditions worsen, we are making the following adjustments to tomorrow’s event:
• The Half Marathon course is closed


• Half Marathon participants may choose to run the 10K or 5K


• 10K participants may choose to run the 5K (please note: portions of the 10K are off-road, while the     5K course is fully paved)


• The 5K and 10K races will be held as scheduled (5K start time: 8:45 AM)

• The Kids Dash will begin at 8:00 AM


• The Kids Mile is canceled

If you are registered for the 1/2 marathon or 10K and choose to run the 5K, please note your race results may not reflect that change until a few days after the event.
All distance decisions must be made before race start times. Please start the race you intend to run.
No action is required in advance—simply arrive and line up for your chosen distance.

We will follow up in the coming days with options for those impacted by these changes.
Please know this decision was made with safety as our top priority, and in alignment with adjustments being made by other races in the area.
